Honoring a Paraguayan Pioneer:

Serafina is named after Serafina Dávalos, the first professional woman in Paraguay. Ms. Dávalos earned her Law degree in 1907 and championed women's rights in her thesis. She is considered the first Paraguayan feminist.

The building features eight, two-bedroom apartments, each measuring 75 square meters. Designed as independent units, these apartments showcase unique character, paying homage to the individuality that embodies women.
