Affluent clientele seeking a weekend retreat, seeking to replicate the comforts of their primary residence in this secondary dwelling.

Project Concept:

Establish a new tourist hub encompassing a commercial zone, restaurants, daytime activities, cafes, and convenience stores, addressing San Bernardino's limited service and entertainment options.

Vision:

As envisioned by the project's partners, the aim is to "preserve the magic" of mountaintop living while providing all necessary amenities without the need to descend into the increasingly chaotic town center during peak season.

Sustainability:

A significant portion of the land will be preserved as green space, embodying the project's tagline: "Own 1,000 m2 of your own and 10 hectares of backyard."

Residential and Tourist Amenities:

The residential and tourist zone will feature spaces for relaxation, disconnection, and rejuvenation, catering to those seeking a day or weekend escape. Amenities include:
